These tags would be in specific animals groups, ex. sheep will be with other sheep, cattle to other cattle, etc. USDA will maintain national premises information. The goal is to have a 48-hour trace back capability for disease control purposes. Idaho is at an extreme advantage because we have branding and grazing associations.
